Data licence

Put Colorado water inside your own product.

Priced on these four answers, flat annual. Tell me roughly where you land on each and I will come back with a number rather than a discovery call.

Tell me what you need

Which parts
The whole state, one basin or county set, or single feeds on their own: water rights, diversion records, well permits, water court filings, parcels and ownership, aquifer levels.
How you take it
A one off file, a scheduled drop into your own bucket, or a read only connection to query directly.
How often
Once, quarterly, monthly, or as each source lands. Some of these move on decade timescales and some land every month.
What you can do with it
Internal use, display to your own customers, or redistribute. This is usually the line that moves the price.

None of these include legal advice, a title opinion, or an appraisal. Water records land at the square mile. Acreage, ownership and irrigated ground land on the parcel. Every report says which is which as it goes. Delivery and cadence on a licence are agreed in writing before anything moves.
